  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.
  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Conducting chat conversations
    • Handling inquiries via the form
  6. The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”).

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login and data entry places are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read them. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works in one direction – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a modern standard in the field of user password storage.
  4. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  5. To protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
  6. An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data Is Used

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it will be necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations resting on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    • hosting company on an entrustment basis
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to fulfill the purpose of website operation
    • companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to your personal data,
    • their rectification,
    • removal,
    • processing restrictions,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data in order to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, while the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular, determination, investigation or defense of claims.
  5. On the Administrator’s actions, a complaint may be lodged to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, necessary to service the Website.
  7. Actions may be taken against you involving automated decision-making, including profiling to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on personal data protection. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union

5. Information in Forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to perform the service request process or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is for.

  1. Information on the behavior of users on the website may be logged. This data is used for website administration.

7. Essential Marketing Techniques

  1. The operator applies statistical analysis of traffic on the page, through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the service operator, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator utilizes the Facebook pixel. This technology causes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a given person registered on it uses the Service. In this case, it is based on data, for which it is the administrator itself, the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device​.
